Once again Ellen has outdone herself and helped us with another real estate purchase. We randomly sent her a facebook market place listing January 1st and she made the sale happen. We closed 2/14. She does what Ellen does and worked her magic between the seller, mortgage company and lawyers and here we are with our newest acquisition!! Ms. Ellen was my agent for buying my first home. After having negative experiences with several agents, I was refered to her.
